Aerol Heavy Duty Vertical Shock Absorbing Casters are designed to deliver exceptional impact mitigation in demanding industrial settings. These casters are rated for use up to 5 mph making them ideal for dampening while traversing concrete expansion joints or non-perfect asphalt driving lanes.  An engineered vertical spring system ensures these casters effectively cushion heavy loads during transport, reducing strain on equipment and preventing damage to floors.

The unique geometry allows for swingarm travel whether a tool is fully loaded or empty.  All of Aerol’s shock absorbing casters springs can easily be changed in the field.  This allows for adaptability to ever changing applications and can be specified for use in different applications in the future.

These casters also ensure that balanced loading is being transmitted to tooling while an apparatus is sitting on uneven surfaces.

Accessories

Aerol has a wide variety of caster options. Many of these not only improve function – but also provide safety and add longevity to the product. When considering safety options, the most common consideration would be caster swivel locks, floor locks, and aluminum or steel pedal foot brakes.
