Spark Proof & Explosion-Proof Casters

Aerol spark proof casters are non-ferrous, with most of the construction comprising A356 cast aluminum combined with 304 Stainless Steel external fasteners. These casters help eliminate the threat of ignition caused by mechanical sparks; metal-on-metal contact can inadvertently produce sparks during movement or impact. Aerol spark proof casters will not ignite vapors or high concentrations of dust.

These non-ferrous casters make them non-magnetic, preventing interference with magnetic fields or explosive devices.

Aerol designs spark proof casters for environments that require spark attenuation, full conductivity, and explosion-proof solutions. These casters come standard with fully sealed swivel sections and wheel hubs, helping to mitigate cross contamination.
