FOD Free Casters / Clean Room Casters

Our FOD-Free casters feature an 85A wheel tread durometer increasing abrasion resistance and effectively mitigating introduction of any green material into the tread. The softer durometer enables the wheel to have a larger contact patch, reducing the floor loading pressure. FOD-free casters feature special hardware and with standard aluminum construction ensures no debris is being given off.

Maintaining an ultra-clean atmosphere is paramount in cleanrooms. Aerol cleanroom casters are designed to prevent the generation and accumulation of static electricity, which can attract and trap unwanted particles.
