Often used as a safety device, Aerol toe guards for casters are mounted ½” off the floor. This enables industrial casters to move easily on many types of floors while maintaining a solid barrier between personnel and obstacles within manufacturing environments. 

Aerol has a large variety of casters, all of which can be specified with toe guards. These are typically installed on casters during production. Toe guards can retroactively be specified for an existing caster.  Custom toe guards for heavy duty industrial casters can be designed to include custom floor height clearances, color, and material construction based on your application.
