The Challenge:

The challenge was the secure deployment of a highly valued asset — the MQ-9 Reaper Drone. This involved ground transportation operations that would secure the drone into the hangar and be adaptable for international transport via cargo aircraft.

Once the Reaper drone lands on the tarmac, it is lowered on a chassis. The wings are removed and placed on a separate cart. This allows for easy transportation of the carts into the hangar.

Using Aerol running gear reduces the time transporting the drones to the hangar. The pneumatic wheels on the landing gear handle higher towing speeds of up to 20 m.p.h.
